The struggle is real.
Waking up this morning was a NIGHTMARE! Part of the problem is because I did not sleep well. The bigger problem- the time change. Sunday morning I woke up at 6:00. WHY?! It was way too early but I couldn’t do anything about that. I thought it would help me today but it did not.
I was exhausted this morning. To the point where I did not feel good. I was light headed and what felt like unable to function. I did eventually get some energy back and was feeling good (enough) at work. But after lunch I hit a wall again. The worst part of all of this is that it is only Monday.
Let’s be honest though, the real dilemma is that Part 1 of The Bachelor Finale is on tonight. And I really can’t miss it because obviously I’ll see spoilers. So now I need to find a way to maybe nap? Watch The Bachelor as close to on time as possible, and then run to bed.
I hope your body is handling the Monday after the Time Change better than mine.
