Lather. Rinse. Repeat.

Write a “slice” of your life. Every day. For 31 days.

I knew it would be a challenge, but I thought, “8th graders are funny. My coworkers are funny. I live with a toddler. Life is interesting, I shouldn’t have too many days where I have nothing to talk about.”

Now I am at home. All day. Wake up early (6 AM or early every day because I have to pee and then I’m awake). Send out the daily eLearning assignment. Try to rally my son to work on his eLearning. Check on my students. Send a few e-mails. Lunch. More eLearning. More e-mails. Dinner. Wrangle our tiny human to bed. Write blog post. Attempt to watch something on TV. Go to bed early (because “quarantining” is exhausting). Repeat.

So my apologies. I knew we did not lead some exciting life that was worthy of blog posting. But it has gotten that much worse being cooped up inside. Thanks for reading anyways. See you tomorrow. Same time. Same story.

  1. quarantining is exhausting! what is your toddler up to these days? that’s not the one you’re rallying for elearning is it? my life isn’t exciting either–but I think that’s the point, you don’t have to live an exciting life to write and post daily. Hang in there!
